• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• We have an easy hand-to-hand exchange policy, the customer just has to contact us through WhatsApp, and our courier service representative will come to you and exchange the products.
• In case of return, the customer repacks the goods with a copy of the invoice and mentions the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the return products.
• Refund amount will be sent in any of the bank accounts, Jazz Cash or Easy paisa account.
